I have an EE who got a respiratory infection. She's recovering in segregation and doing well. Her eggs have now turned brown. She was an olive egger, they turned mint and now brown. Not just tinted, but beautiful brown. Are her eggs good despite her illness ? the color doesn't matter I know...
I live in a warm, humid climate. Southern Georgia doesn't get much real cold so we'll put a lamp in the coop if need be. They're in a fairly shaded area so we're going to add a southern enclosure so they can enjoy it during the afternoons. I'll close the vent and probably plastic the window...
