I get my chick food from Del's Feed and Farm Supply. Their crumbles are bigger and my chicks seem just fine with it. I like the bigger crumbles because theres so much less waste. The Purina stuff I was getting was 40% powder. No joke.

All I have to do is go outside with a bread bag. I have a RIR hen who comes onto the deck and looks into our sliding glass door and watches us. It's kind of creepy..lol. They also come to "here kitty kitty"

Omletta, here are some of my Mille Fleurs. My roosters I am currently trying to rehome. They are not show quality either but I love them all the same. The chicks are 5 weeks old and the others are a year now.
