We had to re-home a rooster this week and ever since, our hens won't leave the coop! We used to get two eggs a day in the nest box, now we are getting one a day on the ground of the run. I haven't even seen them come out to eat! Will this pass?

I have had the same problem, mostly because my coop is by a rain gutter near my house. The key is to keep the water from getting there in the first place. I don't know what you setup is, but we have put a drain on the raingutter and directed it away from the house and that has helped alot. I...
