I would trust the bird to drink. If the poo is watery then maybe this just means that it is flushing with water. Is the poo discolored? this can help you determine what you've got.
If you have many birds then you should maintain quarantine until you determine what you have got.
Find out where...
I am dealing with something similar to what you have going on. I dearly hope they wont be carriers of something bad but if so i will diligently build a coop in a far corner and keep them safely away from my flock.
Right now i am treating my birds (3 mille fleure bearded belgian, 4 porcelain...
Judging on the fact that your birds seem to be fully feathered and that there are no long prominent tailfeathers i would say 1 year. Eggs? if eggs then maybe up to 2 but still quite young.
Got up this morning at 4 and my bird was ok then he tried to move and i woke later to find he was laying down. I sat him in my lap and tried to warm him but het soon died and now i am so heartbroken that i dont know what to do. I have other birds in quarantine and have given them antbiotics in...
Im a little farther north but i am also having a late fall Hatch. 30 Black Swedish Ducks. This is my second Hatch but with the fluctuating night and day temps i dont know what will happen. It was 35 two nights past and then warmed up to 78 and last night it was 65. SO sometimes im a few degrees...
The Bird is looking much more lively. Barely drank some water w/ antibios and he is perked up over the last hour. Respitory disease maybe. Treating the other Mille Flieures and Porcelains that shared the pen.
Should i leave the bird inside over night? Seems like the bird does better in the sun.

I have lost 4 bantam OEG birds to some sort of mild sickness. The birds seem just fine until one day you notice they seem a little lethargic and then within 24 hrs they are dead. I did notice a little sneeze here and there from a few of the birds but it didnt seem like a serious problem. Other...
