That Incuview looks like a really nice setup. One suggestion though is I would mark all your eggs so you can make sure the automatic turner is working. I had an incubator with a similar setup and I think sometimes they didn't turn but I didn't think to mark them until after hatching.

I used a bandaid cut in half to make a brace for on of my day old chicks and its actually seeming to be doing ok now. But I think you have to start as early as possible for it to do any good.
