I dont think it's the method of kill because I sliced and bled out, then ice water for 3 days. I think it may have to do with them not being dry enough before the freeze. Perhaps I need to let them dry longer/more before bagging.
Lol you aren't lying! I tried to do a google search for frozen chicken and seems like noone posts the frozen product, just the more appealing fresh one! I saw what ours looked like and I thought man these things look bad!
