    17 weeks, and i got an egg!!

    Unfortunately i dropped it and it cracked... but 1st egg. Now to figure out which bird it was. One of the Black Sex-links or Amberlinks.

    In my batch of black sex link pullets i ended up with a rooster, but it doesnt look like a black sex link rooster. Any ideas?

    Hello

    Im new to having chickens. I have 5 8 week old chicks (3 black sex links and a 2 amberlinks). So far so good. Its been fun to raise them from a few days old and see how quickly they grow.

    I have a "black sex link" pullet that looks like she may be a rooster. "Hes" not barred like a black sex link male usually is. So just looking for thoughts. Thank you.
