Cochins Versus Brahmas. Need some input!

I have big Brahamas from rarechicks.com in NC, they are huge awesome high quality birds. I will never buy brahamas from Murray McMurray again, they are so much smaller!! I have partridge and gold laced. I am looking into getting LF Cochins as well. So far these are the differences I've noticed...

Thanks for the welcome. I got the sulphur idea from another poster here: PeterNaomiGray who has apparently had great success with elemental sulphur for years. Anyway I didn't have the pure elemental powdered sulphur. I did have some other pelleted garden sulphur that was part calcium...

Wanted: LF Cochin eggs to or in Alaska

So far every Alaska shipping hatchery I've found says they are out of stock for LF Cochins. Only small breeders have I found that currently have hatching eggs. I was hoping to find someone on the west coast because they are usually not as intimidated about shipping up the coast to Alaska. And I...

Wanted: LF Cochin eggs to or in Alaska

Hello LF Cochin lovers, I want to join your clic. I live in SE Alaska. And am looking for someone who will sell+ship me LF Cochin hatching eggs. So far I have only found one gal in Cali but I don't love the plummage on her black&white birds.

I love Nebraska!! Never been there, but I buy real American chicory root grounds for old cowboy coffee from there, and I know it's hardcore farm country. I have great respect for farmers and farming/ranching. To me it's the only truely "sustainable" lifestyle! Lol.😄

I just had my local hardware store order me $25 lbs for less than $30! One question: what about wood ashes there's natural sulphur in that too right?

Just wanted to say THANK YOU! I live a remote area on a shoestring budget and when I found mites on my broody hens eggs I didn't know what I was going to do. I had no chemicals, and no DE, then I found your post. And my boys told me we had some pelleted sulphur in our gardening supplies left...
