    Buy oversize cotton t-shirts. Long sleeve or short. You can buy them cheap in packets of three. Look online for decoration ideas (use jute string or cording... whatever you find at goodwill.. across the shirt diagonally and cut out Christmas bulbs from felt or various material and sew or glue...
