I'm so glad you're going to keep them. Cherish them every day you have them. Give them lots of hugs and kisses. I miss mine so much and I just want to hug them so bad. I wish you all the best with your babies.
They really are sweet. They let you hug and kiss them. They are gentle giants. Our guy used to follow my husband everywhere. He called him his "buddy". If my husband was working on something in the yard he would just sit right by him and wait for him. You certainly will be loved by them.
We had a hen & a rooster and they were the sweetest things. My husband and I loved them so much and we miss them everyday!! My girl died when she was 6 months old. She died very peacefully in her sleep. We found her the next morning and it just looked like she was sleeping. Our guy died at...
He's our pet. We had a hen too but unfortunately she passed away recently. We were feeding him Layena too but since her passing I'm kind of confused as people say that it's not good to feed roosters Layena. I've been feeding him 1/2 Start & Grow and 1/2 Layena for now.
Coretta - We give him about 1/2 cup of feed three times a day (he doesn't even eat all of it). We also give him veges, fruit, yogurt, apple sauce, sunflower seeds, scratch, etch. We also put apple cider vinegar (with the mother) in his water. He free to roam all day and at night he goes in...

My husband and I weighed our Cornish X today and he is 25 pounds!! He's only 7 months old. When we first got him we didn't know that he was a Cornish X. I learned that he was a Cornish X when I searched the internet and found this website. I learned that theCornish X don't live very long...
Your girls are beautiful!! You take very good care of them. My husband and I have a Cornish X rooster and hen. They're 5 1/2 months old. People think we're crazy because we love them so much and we spoil them rotten. It's so easy to do because they are the sweetest things.
