this is an old thread but I also had a seller from ebay mess up a tracking number . some people have this as a business and i am sure they are busy, especially this year. I contacted my seller and they just mislabeled mine and someone elses order. same egg orders just mis labeled shipping...

I am currently waiting on a big hatching. I had some incubator issues and had to put all eggs into 1 incubator for lockdown. ending day 16 now so anytime now I should see some hatching; i hope.

Im so sad , today I buried one of my first chickens. she was 4. A great egg layer of a leghorn. We had a few days of extreme heat and I found her with Water belly last night and gone the next morning, R.I.P Chicky On the bright side I have a boat load of eggs ( Quail) going into lockdown tonight

I know 1 is a roo for sure , the white rocky colored one. I think the rest are pullets. They dont like to be chased or touched, this is the best pics i can get. Also the maran, you think it is a male, it is several weeks older than the others. Sorry i keep asking but i want to be sure, the...

I noticed some of my chicks have tail feathers started alread and some have not. I was also made aware pure breeds cant be sexed by fearhers. Im still learning, so my question is , are early tail feather indicator of female like I have heard.

The golden chicken layed spwckled eggs, i hatched 1. Rest were brown here is the rooster and hens

SO im guessing now the 2 I suspect to be male chicks are the americauna chicks. I was given. after everything hatched I couldnt tell them apart , even now I cant I look at the legs and everyone looks like they have feathers. LOL I have pics of the rooster and hen that laid the eggs / not...

Really... i purchased americauna chicks straight run from tractor supply online, i got a pure white one,male. Im super excited to learn more about breeds. All i ever had was barred rock, orpington and leghorns.
