    We have a used shed too.hubby put in roosts and nest boxes.you can buy those pre made too.

    We have large breeds and bantams in the same pen no troubles.although it's very funny watching the bantam rooster try to breed big hens.

    The meanest chicken I ever had was a silkie rooster,he will only get worse Not safe with kids.
