    It's getting really hot in Texas. I have my 3-4 week chick's in a coop closed up outside. It only has a small vent. Will they get to hot?     It's down the middle of the back k. Is the brown parts on the feathers close to the skin normal? They also look like that at the tail feather areas. The other 4 chick's don't look like that

    Hi everyone. I'm just starting out and I'm thankful for this site!! So far I have a chicken coop, hay, gmo free feed, a feeder, a watered. Now looking for some laying hens and learn what to do. Lol.
