It seems to be just one hen, but I'm going to keep a close eye on all of them. I will keep y'all posted.
They have been having blueberries, but other than that it's their laying feed, grass, watermelon and occasional leftover veggies. Nothing blue, black or purple other than the blue berries. When it dries it's dark gray and chalking.

Please help. I have a hen pooping this black ashy poop. It's been going on for a few days. I don't know which hen it is, no one is showing any signs of illness. I looked up Poo on this sight but didn't see any pictures like this.

She is still alive this morning, huddled by a wall eyes closed!! She has no meat on her breast bone. She did a day or two ago. I have been checking them as I dose them with meds.
There is one vet in the area that treats chickens but my work schedule precludes me...
The very sick chicken was isolated. I know the poop of a second one and the 3rd sample was a mystery. The very sick isolated chicken tested positive for coccidia and capalaris. The other 2 samples were negative to all parasites.
I treated ALL 10 chickens as if they had Coccidia and Capillaris.
