I picked up my baby Polish the other day and a whole bunch of bugs jumped off of her. I gave her a bath and there are still a lot of them left between her shoulder blades plus whatever I can't see. A couple people told me they were probably lice. What should I do to get rid of them?!
I'd like to start hand feeding too for my sweet little girl. I feed everyone else pellets. Would a small or large pellet work best when she tries to peck for her own food?

UPDATE - He's wobbley but has been eating alittle more. this morning HE'S ON HIS SIDE!! Our bantam rooster has been listless and not crowing for about 3 days. He's sleepy, seems weak, not eating a lot (even treat scraps) and feels thin. HELP! We've only had chicks for a year now.
