AAAA! Swollen Wing Joint

T 19th Apr. Now Both wings are drooping and swelling/fluid is building up. This is happening in - what I'd call an "elbow"- joint. I'm new to asking for help. My girl is a 1 year old bantam (named "Henry" - my son's favorite chickie). I'm not sure what happened to her wing but the joint is swollen/fluid filled, seems to be clear - not discolored. Her primary feathers droop but she doesn't seem to show discomfort when I examine her. Her daily behavior hasn't changed and no one is picking on her ( we have 10 other chickens - standards and bantams - one of which is a bantam rooster). What can I do to help?? No one else shows signs of a problem.

I've read that chickens can get arthritis and bursitis; might want to research that. I think sometimes it's infectious and can be treated with an antibiotic. Don't know any more about it than that; maybe someone will happen along today that does.
