Hen with swollen earlobe/wattles!

Hey y’all! It would seem when it rains, it pours! One of my Brahma hens, bent toe lady, came up today with a bunch of swelling going on. I’ll include photos for reference. I gave her some benedryl to try to rule out a possible insect bite or maybe she swallowed something poisonous? The swelling came down somewhat after the benedryl but is still there. She is acting normal. Her throat seems like it may be a little swollen and her wattle/head area are hotter than normal. What can it be and is there a best way forward to help her?

What does the inside of her beak and ear look like?

Hard to know what's causing the swelling. Re-check for an embedded tick or bug that may be causing the swelling.

If the Benadryl helped, I might consider giving it once more to see if it makes any more difference.
