Hen with swollen face, thick mucus in the top of her mouth?

Ok I finished the dose of the respiratory and within two days her face had swelled back up, so I ordered the aqua zole and got it today. How do you go about dosing it? It’s a tablet and I know it’s for fish but I’m just not sure how to turn it into something for the hen. Thanks!
