Is the spot getting bigger, or staying the same size?

It is the same size as yesterday but larger than it was for the 3 days prior.

So for 3 or 4 days it was just slightly swollen under then eye. Then yesterday it was a larger spot that led to her beak and the black spot showed up.

Gosh, I don't know. I'm really sorry.

And no sneezing/coughing, right?

Have you done a saline rinse of both eyes? When I was at the vet she said doing that can help "unplug" blocked sinus tracts.
