Chicken with one side of face swollen

Afternoon all!

Happened to just notice on of my pekin bantams has a seriously swollen side of her face and it's blue. It's not around her eye but the bit behind it and the wattle - don't know much chicken face terminology!

The other side is completely normal.
Is this an infection or could it be something more serious?
Also should I take her to ther vet?

Maybe could it be a bee sting? Just a guess.

Have checked for that and can't find the stinger.
Am slightly worried as her throat just below her beak is also blue.
