She's quite pale. Have you checked her for lice/mites?

I'd look in the ears again for any signs of infection.

Thank you for responding! She is indeed pale. I adopted her as a pale gal and she's remained pale ish for the past 3 years. I checked for mites and found none. I will recheck in the ears just in case.
