OK so a few monthssss ago I had a Turkey with a respertory eye infection thing. Her eye swelled up and mucus was coming out nose. I fixed her up by cutting and cleaning it out. Shes good now.

I have a closed flock here of Serama's and Kikiriki's. They all came from a NPIP AI clean supplier.. There are windows on the building soo maybe something came though there but ANY WAY One of my Kiki's I noticed 2 days ago her eye was swelling up and a little mucus was coming out her nose. Its only the left side of her. She is eating and drinking and acting normal. I took her out of there right away when I saw her. She is now in my house. I checked everyone one else in there and I do not see no issues. So she is the only one. I am unsure what to do with her now. DO I cut on her... She is so small I think if she lost to much blood she would die... Would me looking for a vet be the best option on this? OR can I just give her antibotics?....
Again its only her left side. Her right is normal.

I'd first try pressing out the pus if you don't want to lance it.

Since your Turkey (thread linked below), had something similar, then likely she contracted this from the property, bedding, off shoes, etc. Respiratory illnesses can spread fairly easily and depending on what it is, birds are carriers for life even if they get better.

Does she also have a lot of mucous, some lesions or similar inside the beak?
