    Thanks Farrier....I purchased two bantam pullets at the feed store one Frizzle Cochin and one Silkie, so far both are looking like roos. I guess we'll hold on a bit longer to decide what to do, just in case.....

    Brinsea Mini Advance Humidity???

    We have a Brinsea Mini Advance, so it keeps the temperature well. However, I tried to fill up one water well 1/2 way and the humidity was over 60%. I tried emptying the well, soaked up all the water and the humidity is still reading 50%. Any suggestions, is there no adjustment for humidity...

    This may be a silly question, but will a hen fight a rooster? I was watching my two chicks (6wks old) and they looked light they were fighting. They were going head to head. I thought one was a Silkie Hen and the other a Cochin too. Now, I'm wondering if the Silkie is also a too??
