I have a female duck sitting in infertile eggs and have a few in the incubator that are fertile can I switch them so she can hatch the babies or do I just leave them in the incubator because she will not accept them?

I ended up opening the egg and took pictures of my findings they are very graphic so I wanted to see if I could post them and get anyones feedback on what happened the yoke was still not absorbed but it does look like unfortunately it did break into the air sack and run out of air. I am so upset.
