    To JustTom: Thanks for the advice. I really wanted to raise Delaware pullets, but I didn't see them listed on the site for the Chickenstock. Will you be there with Delaware pullets for sale?

    Hi there! I'm looking for opinions on Welsummer hens. I want to raise them for dual purpose, eggs and meat. I'm looking for a docile, friendly chicken that is seldom broody. Would this breed be a good fit? How many hens should one start out with?

    Hi everyone! We are brand new to the chicken world so we will be attending the Chickenstock on September 25th. We are in search of Delaware chicks. Does anybody know if someone will be selling this breed? Also, is there anything special we have to do with the county or state to own chickens...
