I am finishing up on my first coop build and have a question for you experts. I am looking at paneling the west end of my coop to block some of the hot Texas sun in the afternoon. Is this a good idea? How much sun do they need?- texasguy4

I’m new to the chicken world but here’s my opinion based on my research. It looks like the coops on their web site are the cheap, imports. I have yet to find a really good review.
