Here are our two Austra-White hens who both went broody at the same time so co-sat on a clutch of 10 eggs. Eight of them went on to hatch. The father is a white-crested black Polish but so far the babies have more of their moms' markings, white with scattered black spots.

Hello to everyone who posted on my question about the Chick 'n' Hutch. I did take it back yesterday and don't regret doing so. I have looked at that same pen many times on various websites and each time thought, "Naw, it's too small". My gut instinct was correct.
