    the last couple months with Aria has been such a journey but she has come so far!!! from barely being able to walk to walking fast as she follows me everywhere i go. she loves to sleep in my lap & is so talkative when we are together. i love this girl!!! my sweet warrior!!

    i’m thinking it’s mostly the ducks. in the spring and fall, they always drank the most. i have it on a level ground so it doesn’t spill.

    as this is my first winter with my flock (5 hens & 2 ducks) i am looking to figure out how to store a large amount water in their run, without it freezing. i have purchased a 3 gallon heated watering can (plastic) but they are going through almost 2 refills a day. any tips??

    i’d start with a super warm wash cloth on her eyes. maybe a warm bath to help to help loosen up any back up inside. i just recently took in a recuse chicken and she loved the bath. i took a storage tub with a lid, cut a hole in the top and duct taped a rag around the hole for comfort. a cooked...
