Bubbly eyes are probably from the dampness. How hot is it? Does the air smell like ammonia? That could be part or all of the problem. Can you get electricity out to the coop? A fan could help alot with ventilation.

My rooster looks like that right now too and isn't molting anywhere else yet. Also, another of my hens seemed to always lose her tail a week before the rest molted.

I agree! Sometimes it is also necessary to put them up on the perches at night for the first week or so.
