    I'm in north western Colorado. So it still gets below freezing at nights at times. So 20s. Nothing crazy. Just being cautious because of how young they are. But from what I've seen and heard.... if they have their hear lamps then all is good.

    Oooo maybe I'll do that when I set them up in the garage might even enclose a specific area with a moving blanket to get the heat in one spot. It still gets down to the 20s sometimes. Supposed to rain and drop under 30 at night. Maybe I'll even get another light just to be extra until I get this...

    This is the way I have them set up now. The back on are the 4 week Olds and the front ones are about 2 weeks old. Was thinking of moving this to garage and just securing it a little better and with tougher wire incase anything trys to mess with them.

    Whats the youngest I could have them in those kinds of temps? Just curious as I plan to keep babies on the regular as I plan to breed. I'm new to the chicken world. But these first few I've gotten I've kept them in as it was still puking snow a month ago haha. Didn't want my babies dying

    it only seems to get up for water then crashes back out. and the water has electrolytes and probiotics in it as i was told to keep them on that for a bit. i read something about hard boiled egg didnt see much about raw egg yolk.

    Seems like one of my babies i think that are maybe a week old max doesnt seem to be eating. seems to drink but wont eat and seems to be exhausted and just crashing and sleeping. is this normal? what can i do or feed it?
