    I would use the hardware cloth, chicken wire only keeps chickens in.

    i bought 3 bags at the first of May and i just used the rest of bag 2 today. i use it in my 4*8 coop and was impressed with how far it goes.

    yea, i don't keep food and water in my coop. they don't eat or drink at night anyhow. just be sure to be up and open the door for them at daybreak though.

    toss them in about 30 minutes before dark and let them out in the morning and repeat until they figure it out on their own. that's what i did
