    wait no scrath if the temps over 90? why is that? I used to give mine oatmeal cuz i read they love it and they did, but lately ive been giving them 99cent store oatmeal and its been aroun 110 degrees they dont care for the oatmeal anymore, is this because of the heat? do they not like cheap...

    Oh and as far as the older flock, theyre 2barred Cochins, 1 silver phoenix, and an Minorca(if they come in bantam) and I thinka GL Wyandotte, theyre about 4 1/2 months, the minorca crows the most, and once of the cochins everyonce in awhile...but Im not sure if the cochins are roos they look...

    Our flock gets to "free range" most of the day, and lately I've noticed some of them have really black poop it looks like charcoal and water. So my question is how smart are chickens?
