hello everyone, i just went out to feed my animals and on one of my bantam crosses, her legs seem really
"ugly", like the skin is peeling off, the scales are all broken and not right, im pretty sure its scaley leg mites, i quarantined her from the other chickens and i read to put some vasaline...
ive had my ducks on a cement pad for about a year maybe less. it was okay, i never had any foot problems, there was some hay on one corner so they could get to soft ground when they wanted. mainly there pool was on cement. cleaning was alot easier but the only downside is that it doesnt drain...
LOL! Would i quad or trio. fit in a 12 foot wide, 24 foot long, and 8 foot high hoop style aviary? also, i was thinking about making it a planted aviary, would would be some good bushes/shrubs/trees to plant int here?
Thanks for all the replys, keep them coming! would a 12 foot wide, 24 foot long and about 7-8 feet high pen be big enough for a trio or quad? and what type of shelter is best for them? also, do they like to roost?
