    Thank you everyone! Oh it really has been a wonderful experience! Before we always had day old chicks under a heat lamp but gosh it has been amazing to see the mummies bring them up :love and so much easier!

    Aaaaw - congrats Hope they all had a good night! Solar light is a good idea! Our numbers are a lot smaller - we are just having them as pets with an eggie bonus But I now have 2 outside and 4 chicks inside in a brooder. It is Summer holidays here now and so nice for kids to be handling...
