    Chicks due to hatch today or tomorrow...vent hole question! Mini Eco

    The mini eco booklet does'nt give a diagram of ( or say ) where the vent holes are located,it just tells the customer to keep them clean..anyone from Brinsea taking notes ?.Also what is that strange little plastic tower thing on the side of the dome ? .Help I got 12 bantam eggs in mine.Thank you.

    Fan went out in incubator and temp got to 108 degrees. Will these chicks live?

    I have just had the same problem with my homemade cooler box incy. Around 108 degrees for about three hours this morning.The eggs were candled yesterday and most seem fertile (at 7 days). Six of the eggs are bantam silkies so fingers crossed. I hope they all survive. I will candle again next...
