Is it bad for a male duck not to have sex?

So you’re saying he can figure it out at some point? He’s still fairly new to our flock, so they’re still adjusting to him so they keep denying his attempts

Is it bad for a male duck not to have sex?

My boyfriend and I have a flock of 6 ducks: 1 male, 3 females, 1 older female who is a bit gender confused, and 1 male call duck. Our little call duck is much too small to mate with the ladies we currently have, and unfortunately we are just not in a position to get anymore ducks at this point...

    PLEASE HELP: Infected Toe :(

Oh we know, we make sure it's the original ointment neosporin not the pain reliever neosporin. Thanks for your advice, I'll post updates.

    PLEASE HELP: Infected Toe :(

Not yet, someone else recommended that too so that's what we're going to try. So far we've applied tea tree oil on a cotton ball and neosporin.

    PLEASE HELP: Infected Toe :(

Help!! I was doing a bumblefoot check on everyone today and noticed Sweet Pea's toe looking really bad. We know she broke off her toe nail recently, and it looked fine at the time, but now it is pretty severely swollen. Does anyone have any home remedies or treatment to help her out or is it vet...

    Duck dribble

No this was different, she wasn't drinking. Just running around playing she suddenly started drooling out of the sides of her mouth

    Duck dribble

my two week old duckling licks her lips and walks a little more hunched, although she can still stand tall when she wants to. But suddenly today she drooled, water poured out of the sides of her mouth! Could she be sick? We have three other ducks I've never seen do that.

Odd question: Why is my duck biting?

I have a 5 week old Welsh Harlequin duckling (although she's so big she doesn't look like a duckling anymore!) named Sweet Pea, we named her this because she was so sweet! She was an absolute angel who enjoyed being held and cuddled, and still is for the most part, but has randomly started...

Integrating my baby ducklings with the older ones

I have 2 ducks that are 5 1/2 weeks old, and 2 little ducklings that are 1 1/2 weeks. Even just a month apart in age there is a significant difference and sizes, and although I think it's out of curiousity rather than trying to harm them, our older ones will sometimes try to get too close and...

    Putting mallards outside full time

I have two ducks around the same age, I've always heard you needed to wait two months because that's usually the time they've gotten all their feathers. But if they are fully feathered before then I would suppose they'll be fine outside.

How to make sure my duck's toe doesn't get infected?

Perfect I have neosporin without the pain reliever, thank you!
