Thank you moonshiner that explains a lot also. I just got a Lil over excited hoping for a lavender I guess.. Lol I said the same thing to my wife b/c she's always trying to pick up strays.. one day when I'm rich I'll open up a shelter for her furry friends. Having the chickens seems to help but I kmow her heart is in the right place. Funny story is one day one of her favorite roos got killed by a dog...- Towbird75

Thank you for the reminder I have a sliding coop door but also two eve vents installed one on each side above the side access doors plus there's a little bit of air flow through the roof panels. The vents I installed after the pic are 13by 8 inches do you think that's enough? It don't stay damp...- Towbird75

Ohhhhhhhh I see.... I understand even more now to. I didn't know the blues would appear that way as chick's, only time will truly tell. Those are the pics of the lavender unless I am sadly mistaken.. I haven't been home yet to see it for myself but it has the light yellow chest dark head and the Grey and yellow feet. The hen was a blue wyandotte.- Towbird75
