Help my roo is picking on one hen.

She will eat as long as he is not chasing her away from the food containers. She is healthy, not sick at all. None of the hens are picking on her or avoiding her. She hasn't lost weight, they free range most of the day and he doesn't bother her when they are free ranging, unless I'm giving...

Thank you so much, I was hoping that's all it is. They are the 2 most passive in the group. I wanted to be sure in case it was an illness and needed to separate them from the rest of the birds. I have only had chickens for 1.5 years and still learning. I appreciate your help!!!!

    Spot on pullets beak

I have 2 pullets just shy of 8 weeks old. I noticed a black spot on one's beak 2 days ago. It has remained mostly unchanged. Maybe getting a little larger but hardly noticeable. Today I noticed a 2nd pullet with what looks like a sore on her beak in the very same spot. Can any tell me if this...

Can anyone tell me if either or both of these are cream legbars?

I realize that, I have been able to identify all the birds except these 2. I was thinking maybe cream legbar or Easter egger but they have yellow legs so I was leaning towards legbar but maybe wishful thinking because I was hoping to get at least 1 cream legbar in the mix.

Standord cream legbar roo with bantam hens?

If I get a bantum roo instead would that be too many roo's for my girls. I would have 15 hens with 2 bantum roosters if I add another roo. My concern is that when I get my new chicks my siklie rooster won't be able to watch over them all. I have 2 coops and 1 run that is 190 square feet. They...
