Okay, so should I do this under a heat lamp? Should I put it back in the incubator or leave it in the box with the heat lamp to dry properly? I have never hatched goslings before so I am just worried. I would hate to be the cause of it not making it.
It does respond with a peep if I talk to it. I am just so worried as I have read that if I break the membrane it could start bleeding. The membrane looks kind of like light grey paper.
The hole is near the top ( big end/air pocket ) of the egg. I am not sure what happened as to why that hole is in it. Can it make a hole in the shell if it hasn't broken the membrane yet?
