What type chicken?

Ducks eggs, separation
Do Ducks lay on eggs in the fall? Can I seperate my female duck from my males Ducks, to give her a little break? How do you introduce new ducks to a new flock? I put a female in with 2 males and another female and the males pulled out so many feathers and hurt her. Also, my males ducks are... -

Chicks and water nipple question
How do you get chicks to use water nipples instead of the regular waterer where they can just dip their beak? Im struggling here. The same when I tried to convert my 18 week hens over. They seem clueless. I don't want them to thirst to death so I leave another water option out for them as well.- TT43

Help! Question
I noticed one of my chicks has black feet (only 1 out of 5) and another is really light compared to the others. The chicken calculator is a pain for me. Do people look for this mix? Is it a good mix? Any genetics comments out there?- TT43

Jersey Giant chick question
I have a Jersey Giant chick that is 4.5 weeks old. Is it normal for them to look like this at this age? Its my first J.G. It looks like a Roo but maybe its just the breed?- TT43
