I must admit it was the horror stories on the internet about exploding eggs that had me most worried. I guess its a matter of experience - this may be my first lot of eggs but I´m already addicted so hopefully I´ll be a pro at this one day!

Does anyone have any advise on whether it's ok to have the incubator in the same room as the washing machine? I'm not so worried about vibrations harming the eggs as the incubator would sit far enough away to not be affected. I'm more concerned about noise levels, the spin cycle is quite loud...
