I might take a belt sander to it, to take some material off, so it closes easier, not sure if it's a fix.

I kick my door closed every night at the bottom , it's like warped at the bottom, I can make it close, it just bothers me because I worked so hard to build a predator proof coop. My husband didn't build it.... I did!!

Really, my neighbors think it's OK but the City council HATES backyard animals, I live in Waukesha county, outside of Milwaukee, even Milwaukee can have 4 hens per property!!! I live on an 1 acre of land, WTF??
