Too early to know the sex?
My coturnix quail are 2 weeks old exactly - is it too early to know if they’re male/female? I attached a picture of 3 of them. They look like females because of the speckles on their chest, but I’m assuming their feathers can still change. What do you think? Thanks in advance! -

Do baby quail need grit?
Hi all, I have coturnix quail still in the incubator (they should be moving to their brooder soon). It just dawned on me… do they need grit this early? And if not, when do they need it? Also is there a special kind they need? What works for your quail? Thanks in advance!
