Along with the polyvisol, I would give vit e. Just split the capsule and give straight into mouth allowing her to swallow on her own. Vitamin E is great for neurological symptoms. It may take a couple of days of dosing, but it should help.

Ok so I looked them up. The Granulex 5 is castor oil spray. Does that sound right? If so I would think it is ok. Just use a q-tip so you don' get in her eyes of course.
I have no idea about those. I am so sorry. I know you could use vasoline, but I would think that would slow down the healing process.

flush it with a sterile saline solution. you can use a syringe or eye dropper or q-tip. then dab on neosporin with q-tip. apply some blu-kote so the flies won't lay eggs in it and it should keep the others from pecking at it.

If she is refusing food and water and more importantly , medicine. You might have to syringe into her mouth. Just dribble it onto her her beak and down the side, careful not to get it in her nose, and allow her to swallow on her own. Same way with vitamins.
Did you fast her to check her crop...
