Yep...my thoughts exactly... the laying in Tx 100+* heat I understand holding off on but the crowing sure seems like it'd be happening. I need to get some boxes for them. The 6mnth old barred girls & RIR girls aren't laying either though.
These 2 keep confusing us. I've had barred rocks before (as well as many others) but never dominiques. Are these cockerels or pullets? I'd think they'd have crowed by now but they do fluff up their neck feathers & play fight & one in particular seems quite dominant.
