I have had my 2 Cochins for 2 weeks and I can't believe how much they've grown and fluffed up! They are now 10 weeks and oh my goodness! I have my 10 week old d'Uccle in with them and of course they tower over her! I am so happy with these birds. They are gorgeous. I'm still trying to get them...

Chicken math struck me today for the first time! Went to pick up my Easter egger chicks and was offered a 10 week old d'Uccle as well. She's adorable and is quickly becoming my favorite. I started two weeks ago with two 8wk old Cochins and somehow now have 5 chickens loving it!

Here are my new Cochins! My first chickens too! I can't wait to see them fill out.

Hi Mamawolf neighbor! Joan, Have no idea what Peep at the Coops is....but I'd love to check it out! Here's the coop from the website. I broke down and got a Doc Woody coop from the feed store. I'm creative but not as handy with carpentry so I decided to just buy one.

I am a new mommy to two 8-week old Red Cochins! They are sitting happy in their new coop waiting to meet their siblings hatching next week! I'll be adding two Easter Eggers, and hopefully two Silkies!
