Has anyone posted a thread on chickens eating chewing tobacco?

Thanks for the info. Yep I can imagine a chunk of fresh tobacco would be bad. As fast as they pick and eat I can imagine they would surely do it.

Has anyone posted a thread on chickens eating chewing tobacco?

I did not have any episodes with this but I had a family member chewing tobacco when we were feeding the chickens. Has anyone ever posted anything on this? Swallowing tobacco makes a human sick. I would imagine if a chicken scooped up tobacco grains and swallowed it ...it could kill the bird...

    MICE / RATS

What are you doing to handle the mice around your coops. I had a huge mouse dart from under my coop into the ground under the fence. Very big and dark brown. No it was not a chipmunk or red squirrel. I am on 5 acres. Seriously, how can you do anything when the entire area has chicken feed and...
