Cindy's been canning like crazy. Salsa has multiple things and always turns out great. Ever had Dilly Beans? Anyway, one of my many fridge and freezers died yesterday. Happy 4th (ish). Just got back from New England. Crazy traffic, construction, and weather for the drive. Anybody need some turkey poults? Should be great for breeding or turkey day this year. Or baby Flemish Giant rabbits? Or, or...baby goats? Not sure what we're keeping from that pen...- uchytil

A short time ago I mentioned a wild turkey. Last Spring it, it's Mom, and sibling, stayed here around my flock for some reason. Well the Mom and other baby went missing. So the young turkey stayed with my domestic for over a year...we couldn't make it go away. About a month ago a large flock...- uchytil

Was it a wild one? I read the Mallards were high on the AI list. We've been lucky not to have any problems here. Crows routinely go in our duck house and steal food, plus we have wild bird feeders. My biggest problem is one you may not believe...a wild turkey that lives here. More on that...- uchytil

Your post popped on my email Chick! So, yep always busy. Worked a week up near Gaylord at the Jordan River Hatchery for the F&WS. bought a few feathered out chicks for a dollar each at TSC, Wyandottes and a Brahma. Got a few free Khaki Campbells from a gal down the road, only 4 days old but...- uchytil
