A few days ago I noticed that one of my silkies is keeping her head tucked underneath her. I go and pet her and she just picks her head up and rolls it back under her repeatedly. If I pick her up and set her down then she'll walk around normally for a while...then goes back to tucking her...

I am looking for 2 silkies (no roosters) in Massachusetts. I'm open to different colors but I'd prefer splash, white or buff. I'm open to paying for shipping and open to prices.

So I removed all of the sand and cleaned out the floor of the coop. When I built it, I put a thick layer of silicone between the playhouse and the floor. It looks like it has failed. If I run a hose along the side of the playhouse it leaks inside pretty bad. I've created a skirt with garage...

The roof has about 1/2 inch of space all around the coop which I assumed was enough ventilation There are 3 lexan windows (all sealed) pictured here. There is a 2x2 foot overhang over the front door now (not in pictures) but no sides to it. I am considering adding sides.

It could be rain from the coop door. That is the only door that is not sealed. There is no condensation on the walls at all. I sealed the bottom of the coop (board to the plastic walls) I sealed the windows (clear plastic) Maybe I will put a fan in there tomorrow. I think it needs a big revamp.
