    @Cntry1958 LOL!! I think it's about even right now. We have a webcam setup on them that we livestream when we leave the house so we can keep an eye on them. Our oldest wants to do nothing but hold them. He loves them.

    Thank you all for the warm welcome. We have made a few corrections to the brooder. We replaced the feeder with a smaller one more suited to 4 chicks so none of them will get stuck on one side. We got a proper 1 quart waterer in place, and I will soon be heading outside on a beautiful sunny day...

    Hello to all! Our city just passed an ordinance that finally allows us to own backyard chickens! My family and I are very excited to start this journey.
